You assume that one of your staff members has a side job although it is forbidden due to his labor contract or that one of your staff members might at times work for one of your direct competitors.






Our suggestion

We will investigate the surroundings of your staff member and put him under surveillance, if necessary, to find out if and in case for which company else your staff member has been working during his free time and if he might have abused confidential information of your company for this pupose (e.g. data of customers).
