For initial contact we are also available for you by telephone from Monday to Saturday inclusive right through from 09:00 till 20:00 so as to be able to answer your initial questions and to indicate to you a solution that offers a way out of your problem situation. As an initial contact, this telephone advice is of course completely without obligation, is anonymous if desired and free of charge. With their ability to empathise and experience from their psychology training courses, our employees can even help you keep a cool head in exceptional psychological circumstances and take the right actions.

With our TÜV-certified quality management system we have demonstrated to the neutral inspectors of the TÜV (Technical Inspection Association) that we do everything we can to achieve the most useful results for our clients. This includes competent advice before, during and even after carrying out the assignment; specialist handling of the assignment which is, above all, as agreed; and fair, transparent billing. Entirely in the spirit of the saying "to rest is to rust", our specialist detectives attend training sessions inside and outside the firm several times a year. All the specialist detectives employed have completed a 2-year full-time "Qualified Detective" training course. So you can be sure that your assignment will be handled by motivated and committed "Qualified Detectives".

Your personal details are known only to the members of the management team. The specialist detectives employed are not informed of the identity of our clients. The specialist detectives are told only what they absolutely need to know so as to be able to carry out the assignment. In any event, in matters of data security we maintain far more strict rules than set down by the Federal Data Protection Act.
