The unasked sending of advertising-e-mails breaches against the § 1Act Against Unfair Practices, § 823 I German Civil Code, if the recipient didn’t assent explicit with the sending, or the accordance is based on a existent business connection between the sender and the recipient.

So the unasked sending of such e-mails is unwanted explicitly from all recipients of our company.
